This AML\/KYC Policy describes the measures Bulldog.exchange takes to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing and other illegal activity.<\/p>\n
2.1. The sender and the recipient of funds in a request must be the same person.<\/p>\n
2.2. The contact details and data provided by the client must be accurate and up to date.<\/p>\n
2.3. The Service does not work with funds associated with illegal activity, sanctioned persons or prohibited services.<\/p>\n
3.1. Incoming transactions may be checked with blockchain analytics tools. If the risk level is high, the request is suspended for additional verification.<\/p>\n
3.2. Before paying, the client can check their address or transaction on public AML services on their own.<\/p>\n
4.1. The Service may request identity documents, proof of the source of funds and other information required for the check.<\/p>\n
4.2. The standard check takes up to 72 hours and may be extended if additional information is needed.<\/p>\n
5.1. If an exchange cannot be completed, the funds may be returned to the sending address after the check is completed, minus network fees.<\/p>\n
