1.1. This Agreement defines the terms on which the Bulldog.exchange service (hereinafter \u2014 the Service) provides exchange services for electronic and digital currencies to its clients.<\/p>\n
1.2. A client is any individual or legal entity that creates an exchange request on the Service website (hereinafter \u2014 the Client).<\/p>\n
1.3. By creating an exchange request, the Client confirms that they have read and accepted this Agreement, the AML\/KYC Policy and the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n
2.1. The Service exchanges one currency for another at the rate shown on the website at the moment the request is created.<\/p>\n
2.2. The amount to be received, the fees and the validity period of the request are shown before the Client confirms the request.<\/p>\n
3.1. Provide complete and correct payment details. The Service is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect details specified by the Client.<\/p>\n
3.2. Send exactly the amount specified in the request, in the specified network and within the request validity period.<\/p>\n
3.3. Use only funds that the Client legally owns, and comply with the laws of their country of residence.<\/p>\n
4.1. Make the payout to the Client’s details after the payment has been received and confirmed by the network.<\/p>\n
4.2. Keep the Client’s data confidential in accordance with the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n
4.3. The Service may suspend a request and request additional information in accordance with the AML\/KYC Policy.<\/p>\n
4.4. If the payment is received after the request has expired or the amount differs from the request, the Service may recalculate the request at the current rate or return the funds minus network fees.<\/p>\n
4.5. The Service may refuse service without explanation, in which case the received funds are returned to the sender minus network fees.<\/p>\n
5.1. The Service is not liable for delays caused by blockchain networks, banks or payment systems.<\/p>\n
5.2. The Service is not liable for losses caused by the Client’s errors, including an incorrect network or address.<\/p>\n
