No. You can create an exchange request without registration. An account lets you log in quickly next time.

1. Choose what you give and what you receive and enter the amount.
2. Fill in the recipient details and accept the rules.
3. Press «Start exchange», check the data and press «Pay».
4. Send exactly the specified amount to the specified address before the timer runs out.

A request is valid for the time shown by the timer on the request page. If it expires, create a new one — the rate will be recalculated.

A payment is credited after the required number of network confirmations:

Contact support as soon as possible and provide your request ID. If the payout has already been sent, it cannot be cancelled — please check your details carefully.

Some transactions require a standard AML check. The request page shows the current status; the exchange continues automatically after the check. You can contact support at any time.

Minimum and maximum amounts depend on the direction and are shown under the amount field in the exchange form.
